Ingredients
1 - Small potates-500gm
2-Chopped onion-100 gm
2 - small tomato-1 piece
4 - Red chilli powder-1 tea spoon
5 - Turmeric powder-1 teaspoon
6 - Garam masale powder-1/4 teaspoon
7 - Cumin seed-1/2 teaspoon
8 - Whole red chilis-2 piece
9 - Sugar-1/2 tea spoon
10 - Zinger-small piece
11 - Vanaspati ghee-2 tablespoon
12 - Masted oil-2 teaspoon
13 - Salt- to taste
14 - Water-3 cup (450 ml)
Preprations-
1 - Put patatoes in cooker with two cup water, Close lid.
2 - Place cooker in maximum hit. Bring to full cooking pressure.
3 - Reduce to medium hit. And Cooke for five minute.
4 - Open cooker immediately after releasing steam pressure.
5 - Peal potatos and cut into equal piece.
6 - Heat oil and Vanaspati in a pan.
7 - When it smokes, put 2-3 whole red chillis and ¼ tea spoon cumin seeds.
8 - Add onion and fry till brown.
9 - Add chili powder, turmeric, garam masale, Sugar, and potato piece.
10 - Keep stirring for five to seven minutes before tossing.
11 - Add tomato and one cup water.
12 - Cool on medium heat, till water is absorbed.
13 - Now your Allo Dum is ready for serve
